There are more hotel rooms in Gillette, Wyoming than Oshkosh, Wisconsin but still most hotel rooms are already reserved, and the few hotel rooms left are costly. See all offsite lodging options here.

Other options:

A. Advertise in local newspaper here requesting to rent a home or RV.

B. Fly into Denver, Colorado or Salt Lake City, Utah and rent an RV. Your rented RV can be placed in a public RV park or in the Camporee overflow RV area (no water, electricity, sewer).

10. Volunteers Needed for Community Parade

Volunteers are needed in the following areas: safety patrol, bus monitors, bus loading, parade marshals, announcers, and food booth. Contact Kim Taylor. All volunteers will need to be able to stand for long periods from 12-5 PM on Sabbath, August 10, 2024.

Choir & Orchestra Auditions

The live mass choir is singing “Moses,” a dynamic sermon in a song with fun vocal dynamics.

The orchestra is playing a classical piece for prelude and leading the choir in a beautiful arrangement of the beloved hymn, "How Great Thou Art.”

Main Stage Talent Auditions

We are looking forward to your special music audition for main stage evening programming! This invitation is for everyone ages 10-18 interested in sharing their talent. We are looking for small groups, large groups, trios, solos, and duets. This includes vocal or instrumental. Your audition will be reviewed by the Camporee Music Committee and given full consideration.

Ticket Information

International Guests

International guests will not receive ticket refunds for denied US visa requests, so please carefully follow the steps below.

1. Obtain your U.S. visa.

2. Ask your Union Youth Director for the registration code.

3. Go to Camporee.org and purchase your tickets.

4. Contact Nestor Osman with any questions.

North American Division Clubs

Only one account may be created for each church. If your church has created more than one account, please contact us with the account information of those multiple accounts and clarify which account should be the main account.

Can't Register Your NAD Club?

North American Division Pathfinder club directors, if you cannot find your church on the list when you register for the Camporee, please contact us. If your church's number of purchased tickets is incorrect on our reports page, please contact Melanie.
